What was found
WHILE IN HEAVY MAINTENANCE PERFORMING INSPECTIONS IT WAS NOTED THAT THE # 6 SLAT I/B & O/B ROD END SUPPORT ANGLE IS CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED I/B & O/B RIBS AT # 6 SLAT WS 530. NO OTHER DEFECTS WERE NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
