DURING HEAVY MX INSP THE LT FUEL TANK ACCESS PLATE (7340) WAS CORRODED. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACCESS PLATE. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED, ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
