What was found
(CAN) BOLT AND METAL FOUND IN THE LUBE AND SCAVANGE PUMP INLET SCREEN. BOLT ORIGINATED IN THE GEARBOX. THE BOLT CAME ADRIFT DUE TO IMPROPER TORQUEING AND LOCKING PROCEDURE.
