(CAN) DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, CRACKS WERE FOUND ON THE THRUST ATTENUATOR PIVOT SUPORT CHANNELS (UPPER AND LOWER, RIGHT SIDE). THESE CHANNELS HAD BEEN INSTALLED AS PART OF SERVICE BULLETIN 525-78-03.
