(CAN) THE LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN BUT THE GEAR REMAINED IN THE UP POSITION. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE MOTOR OF THE POWER PACK TO BE UNSERVICEABLE. THE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED.
