(CAN) WHILE TAXING TO RAMP PILOT MOVED STAB TRIM TO NOSE DOWN POSITION. CHANNEL 1 NOSE DOWN FAIL LIGHT CAME ON AND ACT WOULD NOT MOVE. MAINT CHANGED PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR AND RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
