What was found
(CAN) WHILE IN 4 FT HOVER THE ENGINE FLAMEOUT OCCURRED. UPON INVESTIGATION WE FOUND THE ENGINE DRIVEN FUEL FILTER TO BE IN BY-PASS. FUEL CONTROL & FUEL PUMP REPLACED.
