(CAN) WHILE IN 4 FT HOVER, AN ENGINE FLAMEOUT OCCURRED. UPON INVESTIGATION IT WAS DISCOVER THE THE ENGINE DRIVEN FUEL PUMP TO BE IN BY PASS. FUEL CONTROL AND FUEL PUMP REPLACED.
