(CAN) PART RECEIVED WITH A REMOVAL TAG (SERICEABLE). PART (MOTOR) SHAFT VERY HARD TO TURN, AND DENTS IN CASE MADE ME SUSPECT ON INSTALLATION. MOTOR FAILED WITHIN 3 HOURS OF INSTALLATION. TC: REGIONAL PMI INVESTIGATING FURTHER.
