(CAN) ENGINE RAN VERY ROUGH AT START UP.CYLINDER NR 3 REMOVED DUE TO LOW COMPRESSION. EXHAUST GUID WORN CAUSING CARBON TO JAM VALVE IN OPEN POSITION. CYLINDER RELACED DUE TO ABOVE PROBLEM.
