(CAN) OIL FILTER ADAPTER WAS FOUND LOOSE DURING OIL FILTER REMOVAL. THIS PART IS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH AD 96-12-22. ADAPTER WAS REMOVED AND SOME THREADS WERE BROKEN OR MISSING. NEW ADAPTER WILL BE INSTALLED.
