What was found
(CAN) DURING THE PRE-FLIGHT RUN-UP, THE THROTTLE CONTROL WAS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY. INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT THE FLEX CABLE WAS BROKEN INSIDE THE TUBING.
