(CAN) DURING FLIGHT, PILOT REPORTED GRADUAL LOSS OF VACUUM PRESSURE. UPON INSPECTION, VACUUM PUMP SPLINE AND DRIVE SPLINE WERE BOTH FOUND TO BE EXCESSIVELY WORN. SPLINE AND VACUUM PUMP REPLACED.
