What was found
(CAN) WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT ALL EXPERIENCED A NO HEAT CONDITION. ON INSPECTION, FOR SWITCH WAS REMOVED AND RUDDER PAD ON THE END OF THE PLUNGER WAS FANNED DEBONDED & LODGED IN ORIFICE CAUSING HEATER NOT TO WORK.
