(CAN) OUTFLOW VALVE SUCTION LINE WAS FROZEN CAUSING AIRCRAFT TO PRESSURIZE ON THE GROUND. COULD NOT BE CONTROLLED BY CONTROLLER. LINE WAS BLOWN OUT AND SYSTEM CHECKED SERVICIBLE AS PER MANUFACTURER.
