(CAN) THIS SWITCH SWITCHES POWER FROM EXTERNAL TO OFF AND TO INTERNAL POWER. THE SWITCH JAMMED AND IT WAS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE THE SWITCH TO THE OFF POSITION.
