What was found
(CAN) FIREWALL FUEL SHUT OFF VALVE FOUND TO BE LEAKING FUEL EXTERNALLY PAST HARDENED O-RING SEALS. INTERNAL LEAKAGE CAUSED BY INCORRECT SEALS WHICH HAD GONE SOFT LIKE PUTTY AND WERE BREAKING UP.
