(CAN) RT GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT ON TAKE OFF.AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS AND RT MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR RELACED. RAM WAS FRACTURED ON THE FIRST THREAD OF RAM TO HOLD PISTON IN PLACE.
