(CAN) DURING A PHASE INSPECTION A CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE CABIN DOOR FRAME, WHICH EXTENDED FROM THE CUT-OUT FOR THE UPPER FWD BAYONETTE TO THE BAYONETTE SUPPORT BRACKET SCREW HOLE.
