What was found
(CAN) DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION A MARK WAS DISCOVERED ON THE ATTACHMENT HEAD OF THE SLIDER OF THE SERVO VALVE. THE SLIDER INSPECTED WITH LIQUID PENETRANT WHICH INDICATED THAT THE SLIDER WAS CRACKED.
