(CAN) PILOT REPORTED A PROP DEICE MALFUNCTION AS INDICATED ON THE CAWS PANEL. ONE PROP BOOT WAS FOUND WITH AN OPEN CIRCUIT. BOOT REPLACED WITH NEW, RETURNED TO SERVICE.
