(CAN) THE COMPRESSOR TURBINE DISK WAS INSTALLED ON AGUSTA BELL AB212. A CRACK INDICATION WAS FOUND DURING OVERHAUL NDT. PWC WILL CONDUCT INVESTIGATION TO ESTABLISH ROOT CAUSE.
