REPLACING AFT WATER DRAIN MAST DUE TO INOPERATIVE HEATER. GROUND TERMINAL BLOCK GD11996 WAS FOUND DAMAGED WITH SIGNS OF OVERHEATING. WIRES DISCONNECTED AND CAPPED, AND EFFECTED CIRCUIT BREAKERS PULLED TO ISOLATE TERMINAL BLOCK UNTIL REPLACEMENT PART AVAILABLE.
