(CAN) WHILE IN CRUISE AT FLT 400 ENROUTE, THE RT WINDSHIELD OUTTER PLY SHATTERED, CAUSING A LOUD BANG. NO DEPRESSURISATION OCCUR, RT WINDSHILED HEAT BECAME INOPERATIVE. RT WINDSHIELD REPLACED WITH NEW ONE. ACFT RETURN TO SERVICE.
