(CAN) STARTER WAS SNAGGED BY PILOT WHICH MOTORED UNDER ITS OWN POWER. EXCESSIVE ROTATION CAUSED INTERNAL DAMAGE. STARTER WAS REPLACED AND NO ISSUES WERE NOTED.
