(CAN) AILERON CONTROL COLUMN FOUND TO BE STIFF IN THE AIR. THE CAUSE WAS FOUND TO BE ONE OF THE SEALED BRGS. ENTIRE TORQUE TUBE ASSY HAS BEEN REPLACED.
