(CAN) RECEIVED REPORTS FOR THE REJECTION OF 3 PROPELLER HUBS SENT THERE FOR REPAIR. THEY WERE ALL REJECTED DUE TO S TYPE CRACK INDICATIONS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE DOWEL PIN HOLE ON SURFACE.
