ON REMOVAL OF RUDDER ASSY, FOUND TOP RUDDER HINGE P/N 16103-03 AND MIDDLE RUDDER HINGE BRACKET P/N 16103-02 CRACKED. THE CRACKS ARE LOCATED ON THE OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF BEARING HOUSING.
