(CAN) ABORTED TAKEOFF (SINGLE ENGINE) THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD NOT MAKE POWER AND TAKE-OFF WAS ABORTED. DURING A SUBSEQUENT START THE ENGINE WOULD HANG AND THE EMERGENCY POWER LEVER WAS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE IDLE POWER. TROUBLESHOOTING ONGOING.
