What was found
(CAN) NO RESPONSE FROM THROTTLE AFTER TAXIING AND PREPARING FOR TAKEOFF, THE ENGINE DID NOT RESPOND TO THROTTLE INCREASE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE ENGINE EVENTUALLY RESPONDED. THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED.
