DURING 100 HR INSP, IT WAS FOUND THAT LOCKWIRE TAIL ON NAS1352-08H8P SCREW MADE CONTACT WITH INNER SURFACE OF RETAINER PN: C206-1 CAUSING SCORING. SWASHPLATE ASSY REPLACED.
