(CAN) ON VISUAL INSP, THE LOWER RUDDER BRACKET FLANGE EXTRUSION WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED AT THE REAR RADIUS ADJACENT TO THE RUDDER PUSH PULL ROD END ATTACH POINT. RUDDER REMOVED AND BOTTOM BRACKET, PN C3TR19-5, REPLACED.
