(CAN) WHEN STARTED ENGINES NR 2 TORQUE GAUGE STAYED STUCK AT 0. WITH ENGINES OFF TORQUE GAUGE WOULD TEST NORMAL. REPLACED NR 2 TORQUE GAUGE. ACFT PUT BACK INTO SERVICE. TORQUE GAUGE SENT OUT FOR REPAIR.
