(CAN) DURING AN INTERNAL INSPECTION OF THE ELEVATOR BOB-WEIGHTS ON OUR FLEET OF 1900 ACFT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT DAMAGE WAS PRESENT ON THE BOB-WEIGHT NEAR THE EDGE OF THE WEIGHT WHERE THE STOP BOLT CONTACTS THE WEIGHT.
