(CAN) CAPTAIN LOCALIZER OUT 1 DEGREE ON APPROACH LT OF CENTERLINE. TEST WERE CARRIED OUT AND FOUND THE NR 1 NAV RECEIVER TO BE AT FAULT. REPLACED NR 1 NAV RECEIVER AND RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE.
