(CAN) FLAPS STUCK UP, CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED TWICE. ON GROUND, SELECTING DOWN AND PUTTING IN THE CIRCUIT BREAKER STILL CAUSED BREAKER TO POP. REPLACED UPWARDS MICROSWITCH AND SYS WORKS PROPERLY.
