(CAN) DURING CLIMB, THE ACFT LOSS ENGINE POWER AND THE PILOT MADE A FORCED LANDING INTO A FIELD. THE ACFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. NO INVESTIGATION WAS REPORTEDLY UNDERTAKEN BY THE ATSB.
