(CAN) WHILE DOING A MAJOR INTERNAL INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTICED THAT 1 UPPER WELDED LATCH WAS CRACKED. WE INSPECTED THE OTHER UPPER LATCH AND FOUND IT WAS CRACKED ALSO.
