(CAN) WHILE DOING A STRUCTURE INSPECTION, WE NOTICED THAT THE CROSS TIE WAS CRACKED HALF WAY UP ON THE AFT INSIDE OF THE EMERGERCY WINDOW ON THE RT SIDE ON THE FUSELAGE.
