(CAN) DURING START UP WHEN THE STARTER WAS ENGAGED, THE STARTER SPUN OVER AS IF IT HAD NO LOAD AND UNUSUALLY HIGH SPEED. HOWEVER THE PROP DID NOT MOVE. STARTER ADAPTER WAS REPLACED AND THE ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
