What was found
(CAN) ICE VANE ASSY FOUND HANGING IN INTAKE OF COWLING ON LT ENGINE DURING A PREFLIGHT INSPECTION. UPON REMOVAL, VANE WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED ALONG WITH BOTH MOUNTING BRACKETS.
