What was found
(CAN) DURING FINAL APPROACH, THE PILOT OBSERVED TORQUE FLUCTUATIONS. POWER WAS ADDED BUT THERE WAS NO ENGINE RESPONSE. THE ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN AND SECURED BEFORE AN AN UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS PERFORMED. TROUBLESHOOTING IS ONGOING.
