(CAN) PILOT REPORTED FINDING NR 3 MAIN WHEEL DUST CAP DAMAGED NEAR THE ACFT. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED CAUSED BY NR 3 MAIN WHEEL BEARING FAILURE, WHEEL, BRAKE AND AXLE REPLACED.
