What was found
(CAN) DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THE OIL TUBE BONDING LEAD ATTACHMENT BOLT WHICH WAS POSITIONED IN A MANNER THAT RESULTED IN CONTACT WITH THE FAIRING RESULTING IN A SMALL HOLE BEING CHAFED IN THE FAIRING. MFG ENGINEERING IS INVESTIGATING.
