(CAN) AN INSPECTION REVEALED A LOOSE GROUND WIRE ON THE PORT SIDE ACTUATOR FOR THE WING TIP TANK FUEL COCK. GROUND WIRE WAS TIGHTENED AT THE ADJACENT TERMINAL STRIP. GROUND FUNCTION TESTED OK. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
