(CAN) ENGINE WAS SENT FOR INVESTIGATION AND REPAIR AFTER THE OPERATOR REPORTED POOR PERFORMANCE. THE OPERATOR REPORTED THAT THE ENGINE STARTED HOTTER THAN NORMAL AND WAS SURGING.
