(CAN) ON ENGINE START CAS MESSAGE, SWPS HTR 2 FAIL, APPEARED. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED THE NR 2 AOA VANE HEATER HAS FAILED. NR 2 AOA VANE BASE ASSEMBLY TO BE REPLACED.
