(CAN) DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, NR 3 LOW OIL PRESSURE/FILTER BYPASS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. TAKE OFF REJECTED AT 70 KNTS. ENGINE OIL FILTER HAD CARBON DEPOSITS AND WAS REPLACED, PRESSURE SWITCH CONNECTORS CLEANED. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
