(CAN) DURING GROUND RUN, PILOT REPORTED T/R CHIP LIGHT. T/R GEARBOX OIL DRAINED AND CHIP DETECTOR INSPECTED. FOUND LARGE QTY OF FERROUS METAL FLAKES ON DETECTOR. T/R GEARBOX REMOVED FROM SERVICE AND SENT TO MFG FOR REPAIR.
