(CAN) THE ACFT WAS SNAGGED FOR NO RPM INDICATION. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE INTERNAL TACH DRIVE CABLE WAS SHEARED. THE CABLE WAS REPLACED WITH NEW, ENGINE RUNS COMPLETED AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
